ELECTRA GROUP OF HOTELS is a Greek hotel chain, founded in 1965. Throughout the years, it has definitely established a long and successful presence within the Greek tourist industry.

The ATHENS ELECTRA HOTEL, located in Ermou Str., was the company's first property to operate in year 1965. The success of this first attempt, lead three years later to the establishment of an agreement between ELECTRA S.A. and the ownership of a hotel in Crete named CRETA BEACH HOTEL & BUNGALOWS, which was the second property of the group. In 1972, THE THESSALONIKI ELECTRA PALACE hosted its first guests, followed a year later by THE ATHENS ELECTRA PALACE, which was built in the heart of the historical district of Athens, the area of Plaka.

Finally, in 1975, the newly built ELECTRA PALACE HOTEL in the island of Rhodes, was the last property ownedand operated by the same group.

The company's mission is to continue offering the traditional Greek hospitality to its clients and at the same time to improve the provided facilities and services ELECTRA S.A. is aiming to the highest levels of customer's satisfaction by capitalizing on hte credibility of its name and its well trained employees.
